My name is Jill Donovan and I am a second year Journalism student with a concentration in public relations at California Polytechnic State University. I am eighteen years old and have lived in several different states and countries.
I decided to write this Blog after witnessing and observing the constant stream of technology used by students attending Cal Poly. My goal is to highlight the various forms of technology that are popular for college students today. Wired Students at Cal Poly is a blog highlighting the latest trends and habits of the typical university student with technology. It attempts to show the usage of technology by the college age crowd during their time in school and the effects technology can have upon academic success. I believe technology can either be a hinderance or a method to excel depending on the management by the student.
